Our story

Two founders, one kitchen, no compromises

Kartik Jain and Raman Singhal set up Nextflavour Food Private Limited in February 2022, and the first Greenit order went out that April from a single kitchen in Wazir Nagar, Defence Colony.

They took the dishes Delhi already loves, like dosas, idlis, wraps, pizza and pasta, and rebuilt each one with plants, millets and whole grains. Ragi went into the dosa batter. Tofu took the place of paneer and eggs. Quinoa went into the upma. 1.1 lakh orders later, every plate is still cooked fresh, to order.

Raman Singhal
